Meetio simplifies your workday by allowing you to schedule meeting rooms, desks and other spaces. All at once, while you’re on the go. You can make direct as well as future bookings, invite your colleagues to meetings and reserve your seat for the day. Get an instant overview of available workspaces in your office, from wherever you are.

The app synchronizes with your calendar system in Office 365 or Exchange. I.e. meetings and reservations created through the app will be reflected in your existing calendar (and vice versa). This app is on Microsoft lists of Intune supported apps, meaning that you can fully manage the app through Intune MDM/MAM and support Intune conditional access.

Set your workdays up for success – with Meetio you can schedule the workspace you need in seconds. When your reservation is about to end you'll recieve a notification where you can choose to extend your booking. You can also end it earlier and thereby make the space available to others.
