App Description

See a board-certified doctor in as few as 10 minutes, 24/7 from any location.

With Bayhealth’s Virtual Urgent care, get the care you need sooner, no matter where you are located. Allergies, rashes, infections, sore throat, pink eye, cold and flu, urinary tract infection (UTI), anxiety/depression. Whatever the symptoms, get the care you need now.

Our doctors can treat all ages – from infants to the elderly. Simply download the app, check into the portal, select a physician, and complete your visit. You may also allow others to join your visit.
Bayhealth’s team of physicians can prescribe you the appropriate medications and get you on the path to good health.

Each virtual urgent care visit costs $64* regardless of insurance. Payment will be completed through the app.

Once your visit is complete, your after-summary visit is saved in Bayhealth’s patient portal, MyChart. Visit Bayhealth.org/MyChart to sign up for an account or to log in as a guest.

*Bayhealth employees and their dependents enrolled in the health system’s medical plan are charged at a lower rate.

If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.
