App Description

Arguments happen. UnFight gives you a private place to pause, find clearer words and decide what to do next.

Open it and answer one question: What would help right now?

CALM THE MOMENT
A quick pause, a longer guided pause, or simple grounding if breathing exercises aren’t your thing. Sound is off by default; Reduce Motion is supported. Always free, always unlimited.

TAKE A BREAK
An optional break timer — 5, 20 or 30 minutes, custom, or no timer at all — with an optional private reminder and an editable message you can send if you choose: “I want to continue this when I can give it my full attention. I’d like to take a break first.” Nothing is ever sent for you.

FIND YOUR WORDS
Say It Right covers nine situations: needing a break, feeling misunderstood, apologizing, asking for help, setting a boundary, revisiting something, not being ready to talk, saying thank you and raising a concern. Answer a few questions and get an editable Brief, Gentle or Direct draft. Drafts keep your meaning — a boundary stays a boundary. Copy, save, rewrite or discard. Nothing is saved unless you tap Save.

WORK THROUGH A CONVERSATION
The RESET Method is five small stages at your own pace, with no countdown: Regulate, Explain, State, Establish, Track. Skip any step, save a draft or stop at any point. If you choose “I don’t feel safe continuing,” UnFight stops the ordinary flow and shows safety resources instead.

CHOOSE A CLEAR NEXT STEP
Choose a voluntary agreement, a follow-up conversation, a personal action, a clear boundary, more time, professional support — or no further action.

REVISIT IT LATER
Optional follow-ups with honest answers: it helped, it partly helped, we haven’t tried it yet, we chose a different approach, we need more time, or I don’t want to continue this plan. No scores. No winners.

KEEP AGREEMENTS CLEAR
A private proposal stays a proposal until you’ve both actually said yes. Pause, complete or cancel anytime — agreements aren’t contracts.

MAKE ROOM FOR A WEEKLY CHECK-IN
One appreciation, one topic, one practical step, one thing to look forward to. Missing a week isn’t a failure.

PARTNER MODE, WITH CONSENT
Optional. Both people opt in and take turns on one phone. Nobody’s answers are shown unless the person who wrote them says yes.

KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS UNDER YOUR CONTROL
Your writing is stored on your iPhone, not on ou
