Good Neighborhood

Good Neighborhood makes it easier for people to help people right in their own communities.

Whether you need a hand or have something to offer, Good Neighborhood connects neighbors around real, everyday needs.

NEED HELP?

Create a request and tell your community what you need. Requests can include help with things like food, clothing, transportation, employment, household needs, and other everyday challenges.

WANT TO HELP?

Set up your helper profile, choose the types of needs you can help with, and discover requests from people in your area. You decide how far you’re willing to go and what kinds of help you’re comfortable providing.

LOCAL BY DESIGN

Good Neighborhood is built around community. Nearby requests help connect people who need something with neighbors who may already have the time, resources, skills, or connections to help.

BUILT WITH SAFETY IN MIND

Requests are reviewed before appearing publicly, and Good Neighborhood is designed to share only the information needed to help neighbors connect while protecting personal information.

SMALL ACTS MATTER

Helping doesn’t have to mean changing someone’s entire life. Sometimes it’s a ride. A bag of groceries. A job lead. Clothes for a child. A few minutes of your time.

Good Neighborhood gives communities a place to simply say:

“I need help.”

And gives someone nearby the opportunity to answer:

“I can help.”

Stronger neighborhoods start with neighbors helping neighbors.
