KBSULTRA

KBSULTRA consolidates data retrieval, organization, and associated costs into a single dataset. By logging the storage location, tracking the duration, outcome (success/failure), and repetition of each search—and adding the time spent organizing—users can visualize search success rates, frequency, and resource allocation. An expense log tracks income and outgoings by dataset, facilitating the reconciliation of actual costs such as data purchases and archiving supplies. A search-and-organize calculator compares total time investment minute-by-minute based on projected search frequency, duration per search, organizational effectiveness, and time budgets; it recommends the optimal organization duration and ratio, while listing projected time savings and underlying assumptions. Once a plan is saved, any subsequent changes trigger a prompt to recalculate.
