All cVIGIL cases reported in their jurisdiction are available to General Observers, Expenditure and Police Observers and they can give their inputs too from the place of citing of cVIGIL incidence.

It is meant for general observers, expenditure observers, police observers
Observers can observe the cases falling under their jurisdictions
Give observation after the investigation is complete by FST.
An observer can comment only after the Field Unit has submitted ‘action taken’ reports on them.
